Default d16z6 turbo questions?

i have a d16z6 w/ 90k on it from a 94 ex civic.. im going to be putting it in my 95 dx coupe...

what i want to do is build it before i put it in the car..

any ideas on what pistons/rods i should get ??

i want to get like 200-250hp w/ boost.. how much boost will i need and also what size turbo is good for a quick spool on my lil motor..

also what cams would be good for the turbo and fuel pump ect.. i only want to run max of like 10psi.. would stock compression be good for that or do i have to go lower??

any info would be great im searching around n seeing what i can come up with...

im thinking i want to peice together a turbo kit instead of just buying a whole kit.. do u think thats a good idea??

cool ill check thos sites out but my main question is could i run 10psi boost wit stock compression???
cause i wanna build the motor first then put it in and then peice together a turbo...

so i dont want the car to be a dog before i get up the cash for the turbo... and the other is what cam would be good...

With proper tuning and good fuel management (uberdata) you can get 200-250whp with the stock motor, stock rods, stock, pistons, stock compression, etc... (lots of people are making over 200whp with stock Z6 motors including me). Don't think about boost in "psi", think about how much horsepower your making because different turbos at the same psi will give you different results. If you want, go ahead and get a ZEX 59300 cam and throw that in there, lots of people seem to like that, but the stock cam will work. I have been running the stock fuel pump for 6 months, but if you were going to get one get a walbro 255. For the turbo I would go with a t3 60 trim .60/.48 or maybe a t3 super 60. I think piecing together a kit is the only way to go because you get exactly what you want and you save a **** load of money. Now go do some research.

Also with piecing your own kit together you'll learn alot more then if you just bought the whole thing at once. You'll know what part does what.
