theres 2 12 mm bolts, use a wrench to undo them (a small socket wrench will work on one of them but the other is too close to the firewall. Remove the bolts undo the 2 coolant lines and spray the thing down with carb cleaner, let it dry completely, and bolt it back up.

You can tell what it is man. Bolts on to the back of the intake manifold, neat the throttle body. (This may be different for a B18C with the reversed intake manifold) Two bolts. two small coolant lines, and one 2/3 wire sensor plug.

how do you know it's dirty if you didn't take it off? i'm just giving you a hard time. don't worry, you'll see it. just shoot it up with a bunch of carb cleaner, but make sure it's carb cleaner and not brake cleaner.

you can get both bolts off with a rachet depending on what engine you have.

No, that's FITV according to what engine you have.

what engine does he have?

i thought the FITV was under the throttle body, and the IACV was on the back of the intake manifold. IACV has an electrical plug (2 or 3 wire) and FITV doesnt. both have two coolant lines.
