Default pw0 or pr3 ecu with my min ime setup

will these woprk ive researched, i can get a pr3 for 20 buck, how would the vtec activate, would i just run a new wire to the solinoid, the ecu would plug into my plugs right now right?

im gonna run a pm7 ecu for more advanced timing and fuel and 7500 rpm redline, and run a vafc for vtec and tuning.

$20 for a pr3 is a hella good deal. it would plug right in as long as your car is a 88-91. and yes you have to run a wire to your vtec solinoid and another one to your vtec oil pressure switch. I'm not sure on how well the duel cam will work with the single cam motor. It might throw a code or something. but it will definatly plug right in on a 88-91.

it will work im running it on my z6....i wired the vtec sol. and press. sensor to ecu and im only getting a knock sensor code....it may run a little rich on a stock mine me setup.

some pr3's are obd1 and will not plug in w/o adapter. mine is obd1 and i really don't like it vtec doesn't kick till 6000.
