2000 civic check engine light?

I did a search and still dont know how? Can you tell me how to reset the light please? Thanks for the help i am new to the forum.

Pull the ECU and backup fuse from under the hood in the fuse box. Wait 10 sec, and re-install.

Poof- you're done.

if that dont work, try pulling the neg cable out of the battery

First I would check out the error code by tripping the ecu. Best to know what the problem is.
