i have a stock obd1 gsr p72 ecu in my h22 rex right now, i did have the p13. one day i borrowed my freind chipped p72 and it pulled MUCH harder than the p13, so he said he would sell me his stock p72 for $50. So i bought it, other than Vtec coming sooner I cant tell that much of a difference. Also is 30 psi of fuel pressure ok at idle?
