Stripped holes on AC compressor where high & Low pressure fittings go.
Basicallty I think I tightened the lines too much, then proceeded to put in too much r134.
After 5 minutes of driving around and enjoying the AC, the lines blew off, PAG-10 oil went everywhere, and my r134 all came out!!
Can I just use screws with the same length and a slightly different thread? The compressort is new!
I'm not sure how to re-thread the holes. I now have a pressure guage , so this won't happen again.
Any help is appreciated.

richardson tx, lol i use to live in galveston (texas city/ la Marque) ANYWAY...use same side bolt...diff thread to re thread it...it will be ''****** rigged' (no racism intended) but will work. you just need to re thread it and get the new bolts tight. if you put too much r 134 your car acts up and idels high and then low, does the change between each other every like 7 seconds. is that what your did.
