Default How to bore out injector seals?

I found some article that said to use a dremel to bore out the injector seals to accomodate 450cc's but I can't do it! I tried drilling a hole in a block of wood to hold the injector seal but it wouldn't work. any other injector seal that will fit without modification? Thx

You are trying to bore out rubber O-rings? Don't do that.

THey aren't O-rings, there injection molded rubber seals. I don't happen to have an extra intake mani sitting around though so how else can I bore them out??

I put the seal on my injector, then with some lube squeezed the front of the injectors in a bit, then I just started slowly tightning the fuel rail down, while pressing the edges of the seal in best I could. They are not 100% in, however 4 months later never had a leak or a problem.
