well when i start my car it idle around 2000rpm to warm her up, but my dizzy knocks, i can hear it and i can also feel it when i put my hand on it, took the cap off and everything seemed normal, what the hell is going on?

 

Most likely the bearings on the distributor shaft are going out. You are going to have to get it rebuilt or buy another one.

 

Check the Screw that holds the rotor on. Sometimes they loosen up.
Also Check for red Dust in the Cap, A Sure sign the Bearing is going bad.

They are both very commen problems for Honda's.

 

if its not the rotor/cap than its the bearings and now is the time to get a new dizzy or you will get stranded somewhere..good luck
