Portflow head?

I haven't got any experience directly but we do have someone that will be doing stuff with them shortly )APexi GSR. I've heard nothing but good things about Tom's headwork.
it all depends what your setup is and the Type r head is only lightly ported on the intake side so there is still more work that needs to be done on this head if your applicaton is in need of higher flow.
I was either gonna do a B!6 head portflow or just get a stock itr head. From what i have read and searches i have done i think im gonna go with the portflow...

Sweet!!! What kind of work did they do for you and what kind of power did you see from it. Did it help out your midrange alot?

The Type R head is ported on both the intake and exhaust. They don't really port it actually. They just clean up the area right before the valve seats and get rid of a little ridge. Headwork would definatly make a difference. I had Tom do a head for me and it came out very nice. I would highly reccomend him.
