Hood pins: sparco or APC

i know sparco is known for racing stuff like this, but is APC sufficient enough, even though most/all of their products are for show

Go with the Sparco ones, I know they are just hood pins, but why not just spend the extra 10 bucks for a quality company.

APC is the better choice here. uhgg I hate apc but yeah I carry their hoodpins so shoot me!

APC is junk...if u buy them hood pins dont be surprised if ur hood flys off on the freeway

does anybody know what material is used for the hood pins for both sparco and apc.......if its the same material(aluminum, steel, etc).....i'll go with apc since the cheaper price(and i can pick them up from Autozone or Pepboys) but i'll probably have piece of mind if i go w/ Sparco.
