Is the valves spring require to run in or i can rev it straight away?

What cams are you running? and how high are you planning to rev?
Mugen is not the only choice for valvesprings, and probably not the
first one on peoples lists. . .

i going to rev 9000rpm, got ITR camsat the moment, but i think i go for TODA-B later on, the ITR cams d't seems a lot of difference to the stock B16A cams.

With those cams you have in mind, your gonna need type r valve springs setup at the very -least-. There are plenty of choices: Jun, Crower, Toda, etc. etc.
