1987 Honda Accord, 4 dr sedan, LXi 150K miles Blinkers will not turn on, nor will the hazard flashers. Just stopped working today.

I have checked both the blinker's fuse under the dash and the Hazard's fuse in the engine compartment.

Could this be a bad blinker/flasher unit like american made cars have. I get no light or clicking when I turn either on.

it's probably the switch.

THe Hazard switch on the steering column was the problem. Little lubrication and turning it on an off several times seems to have resolved the issue.
