Default B18C - B16A into 91 Civic Hatch

I dont know much about civic's my friend recently purchased a 91 civic hatch with no motor and i was wondering if the B18 requires major mod to anything to get into the civic? all point opinions welcome and wanted.

You can use a mount kit to fit it in there. I won't even give you tips on wiring....I do not know that. Someone may be able to help you though.

You can get a mount kit from HASport and use a distributor off of a B16a
(1st Gen.). Then get a PWO or PR3 ecu. It will plug right in. When you put the motor in, you will need to hit the inside engine bay right where the altenater will be, because when the motor shifts it will hit the side of the engine bay(barely). I even used a some what shorter belt to reduce the distance. I have a problem with the secondary butterfly not activating properly because of the computer does not know it is there. Unlike that if we could use the GSR ecu. If you have some cash left over you might want to consider a Skunk2 intake manifold, it will solve the problem of the secondary butterfly...It is worth it from the amount of power and torque you can gain....
