are you sure its the spark??? and not fuel related? Ie. do you hear your fuel priming or are you certain that their is completely no spark.

Check your timing belt, fuses and ground.

Remove the distributor cap and check your rotor. This happened constantly with my CRX with it coming lose and turning. It may be that the wiper is broken, corroded or bad too so make sure its in good condition.

try accessing another rotor to make sure yours is working, and let us know where you are getting spark from if any at all and where you are not.

With the Dist Cap off, have someone crank the car to see if your rotor turns. If so you can assume the Dist gear is OK, as well as the timing belt. If those tests pass, ensure you have the wires on correctly, then test the coil. I cannot recall if 1994's have an ignitor or not. I'll have to remember to check my manual. They were a problem in the 1993 models.

Check the ignitor inside the dist. assy. Its the little block with 3 wires attached to it. Make sure its at the right ohm. Those are known to go bad.

check every ground that has anything to do with providing spark to the engine. A buddy of mine's prelude wouldn't start simply because the ground to his alternator was so corroded.

You sure you have all the grounds connected? There are a few of them...Let's see if I can remember them all of the top of my head...
There's the one going to the main fuse panel, the one on the tranny, the one by the thermostat and the one on the driver side of the valve cover...

Sounds to me like either a wiring problem or a fuel problem...
if it's not something simple like a ground not hooked up...

I would go back and check your wiring... You could have not properly hooked something back up after removing the MSD...that seems like the best place to start looking...

What harness are you using? I know on my F20A I used the JDM harness and I had to rewire a few of the connectors because they were mismatched...

and aslo.. when it died i was just driving taking off from a light.. hear a little ping or poping sound dont remember it too well.. goin into second i release the clutch pushin the gas and it gave me a little sputter.. then died when i rolled to a stop i poped the hood and looked for broken hoses or oil leaks thought i blew the motor but only thing i saw was the ignition wire from the coil to the dizzy cap was off the cap completly.. no signs of melting or burning of any sort.. so i thought it just poped off over a bump or somthing.. so i put it back on and still nothing

Just thought I'd mention that you cant post pics directly from your harddrive. You have to upload them to a photosite and them link them here.
