Code 7 is the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor)
Code 16 is the Fuel Injectors
Code 20 is the ELD (Electronic Load Detector)
I would start by checking your grounds and resetting your ECU and seeing if that works.
Does the car run?? Can you give us some more info??
