We just finish put on turbo system on Integra. We put whole car together and Jimmy start it one time without turbo on. Car boom loud and no start. Then Jimmy realize he fogot him turbo on workbench still!!! I pissed and no figuring out problem. I take everything off and put back normal. Car start once but no more time again. Now my car is broken and jimmy no no how to fix!!

If you're running some fuel management, maybe it ran too rich and fouled your plugs? I mean if you only ran it for a minute it really wouldn't matter if the turbo was on or not.

Hopefully you didn't suck any crap into the intake!

Haha the first word is turbo in turbo kit and that is the first thing that comes to mind. Man whoever did that should not even work on a car.

How could you hang the exhaust without the turbo? The only thing on the car would be the header. Unless they installed the turbine housing and then were planning to install the rest of the turbo?

 

How do you forget a turbo. Its part of the whole setup lol. The exhaust, piping, oil lines. So basically you guys mounted the mani and started it haha.

1) What did you have for adding more fuel? An raising rate FPR like the vortec unit, maybe the AFC Hack or an engine management system like urberdata, hondata, or AEM EMS?
2) What kind of exhaust manifold and was it an internal or external waste gate?
3) If using an FPR like the vortec unit, did you have the check valve installed?
If so did you have it installed backwards? (The side you can blow through goes on TOP!)
4) Did you have an aftermarket fuel pump installed?
5) Did you have the intercooler piping installed? Where did it get its air? (Where did the piping stop since it should have been going to the turbo?)
6) Where the hell were the turbo oil lines going? Did you get oil every-were?
7) Was their even oil in the damm thing? Normally you have to install the lines before you refill the engine with oil!

It sound to me like he might have sucked something in the motor or something??
OR he ran the motor with absolutely no oil and really F-ed some **** up. The motor should run fine even with no turbo installed unless you had some way F-ed up base map.

If he ran the motor with no oil or sucked up somthing it makes plenty of sense
If he is BSin then **** him but for some reason I dont think he just made the **** up??
