Default o2 question

I have an 89 crx thats boostin .5 bar (or 7.5 lbs) the car runs great but the only problem is that after the car runs for a while i get an o2 sensor code and the car just dosnt run totally right. the power just isnt there. but if i just turn the car off and then back on the code goes away. i have heard that the code pops up b/c of the car running so rich b/c of the turbo.
now I was just wondering if there was any way to trick the ecu into thinking everything was ok or if i could just somehow wire in a 4 wire o2 sensor out of like a dsm or somethin.
