Old motors stink bad.

I've pulled apart a bunch of motors, and I find it to be pretty common among the older B18A's and B18B's that when you're yanking the bottom end apart it stinks like something died in there. Especially when you crack off those main caps on a 100,000+ mile engine. Jeeesus. What's that stink? Old *** oil?

I always thought Josh and Chris had rancid B.O. on those days, but i guess it was the motors

 

All of the b16a1's we get from Japan always smell like fish.

 

Yeah, when i blew the 2 B16a1 motors in my old hatchie, they smelled like your mother
