Default Suggestions to jolt/loosen up/remove frozen bolt?

The bolt is the one that holds the trailing arm to the lower control arm in the rear passenger side of the car. 14mm. Anyways... I've been spraying it with PB blaster for like the past 2 days.. inside and out. Been using my breaker bar and with all my force it wont budge. All the other bolts in this corner came loose except for this one. There is nothing wrong with this bolt as far as it looks, just been sitting there for 60k miles untouched. I've hammered it some to try to get it loose. I've thought of using a torch on it but I'm afraid to... because this is somewhat close to the gas tank? Any other common methods to JOLT a bolt loose so that I can use my sockets on it? I will use an impact gun if I need to..but I'd rather do everything else I can to help the bolt loosen up before I do so...so i dont break the head off. Thanks.

I want to avoid damaging anything on my car to get this bolt out. Such as...no cutting, no punching it out, no messing up the threads..etc. Last thing I want to do.

Heating it up with a torch would be my suggestion, but be careful around the gas tank.

yeah a torch works wonders.. used that to get my rotor screws off, worked like a charm after they cooled off.

For the area immediately around the strut, do you think I should be worrying about the gas tank too much with the torch? Lol..u cant just be like be careful. This is like my life.

u shouldnt have that much worry. i use the torch all the time. as long as you dont have any holes in the tank or lines. or if u wanna be the dumbass of the year and hold the torch directly on the gastank. other than that ur all good

I was planning on using the torch to heat up the bolt...and then use the impact gun on it.

Yeah I was going to suggest a torch. The centerbolt vroke off in m y crankshaft. We welded a head on it, heated the crank red hot and slully carefully pulled and reheated turn by turn until it came out and i was very happy.
