new lude
hey all,
recently i purchased an 01 silver SE lude with 40000 miles on it and am now in the process of looking for mods
.
Fom reading other posts on this forum, it seems like you guys know your stuff and i would appreciate some input on what should be modded. I'm brand new at this so please guide me and help me out. I would like to increase what's under the hood first , besides cheap exterior mods such as tint, spoilers, etc. A recommended order of mods would be awesome. Also what type and where to buy.
Thanks so much in advance

So RG, if you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for your car? Around here a Prelude like yours would run around $17-18 K (at a dealership)... Did you get a good deal? I'm currently looking for one with little luck...

Yea, get used to the shifting and gear ratios, when to shift and downshift... You could start with Intake, headers, and exhaust if you wanted to, but will barely get any power out of it. Installing a turbo is the best bang for your buck but is still expensive. The stock Prelude SH is still pretty great and fast, so you might want to work on it's suspension.
