hi! i have '94 honda accord lx and having problems with a/c fan blower. switches 1,2,3 doesn't work only at the number 4 speed so my a/c is fan is always at max. off hand... to my understanding its the blower motor resistor problem right? if you can please help me confirm this and the location were the motor resistor is. greatly appreciate any advice with this.

 

sounds like the resistor,it is in back of glove box on top of housing
