whats the difference between 96-98 and 99-00 civic rear bumper coupe and hatch?

no difference in the rear bumper, but there is a diffference in the front bumper....!

coupes rear bumper is different but the hatch bumper is the same, 96-98 doesnt lip out on the coupe like the 99-00 coupes does, just look at some pics and youll see...........
