If I recall correctly when I wired up my sister's RSX I went through a hole on the passenger side. There are lots of holes there for the wiring harnesses. You'll see a big black cap, widen the hole a little and follow it through, the wire will end up behind the glove. HTH.

the two main recommended entries are driver side grommet and passenger side grommet.

driver side grommet, follow your hood release cable. it's right there. you'll have to pop off the inner liner of the fender to get at the other side.

passenger side grommet. it's behind the glovebox. once you get the glovebox down u'll see it.

This must not apply to the 06 I dd both. Behind the glove box you cant even get close to the firewall without removing the computer and ventilation system. As for the hood release there is a black plastic grommet, but when removed you have acces to the inner side of the chassis, but you cant get to the batterie without drilling. Suck a pain in the A##.

Look at the Original post date, and you will see why it doesnt apply to an '06.

You resurrected an almost 2 year old dead post.

i think its a lot easier if you just drill your own hole for power cable. thats why i did i work for a car audio installation shop so i did it really easy. above the foot rest. double check
