Default Posters of Race Tracks

This isn't directly RR/AX related, but I figured the people in this forum might best be able to answer my question.

I'm looking for some posters/prints suitable for framing of race tracks. I've searched the internet but have found nothing of the sort. If anybody can make a suggestion of where might be a good source I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,
Keith

I have a framed poster of Mid-Ohio dated 1992, but the picture is actually of the 1990 CART race. Not sure of the shape of it, it fell off the wall like a year ago and I was too lazy to hang it back up, but I suppose I could take a pic if you want.

Often if the track has a store on site, they will have posters related to the track and it's events. I know this is the case with VIR. They have a very nice arial photo of the whole joint.

A lot of schools will give instructors long sleeve tees with the track map on the back - framing those (sans oil stains) might have some cache no?

Sean, thanks for the offer but I'm looking for more something like an aerial or blueprint/schematic and in a large size.

RexRacer, I've checked Laguna Seca and Nurburging and they don't seem to have much. Thanks for the VIR suggestion!

phat-S, that does sound like an idea but I'm back in school and as a result have no more track funds. Unless somebody wants to donate some, ha!

I bought a nice aerial poster of Mid-Ohio this past weekend.

Every major racetrack has a website. Look for those sites. Most of them have a merchandise section. Chances are, they carry aerial posters of the track.

For VIR stuff, check out this site...it's the pro shop at the paddock. They have some stuff available online and say that they will be adding posters soon.

Maybe you could give them a call...they might have a poster that is available in the store but just not on the web yet.

For other tracks, go to their main website like Outrun said....a lot of them will have a link to merchandise. Road Atlanta steers you here for their stuff.

I was trying to find a link to the Oak Tree Pro Shop last night for my original post.

Theres always the USGS for low quality black and white... Might not look so hot blown up to poster size, but access to the images is $0.
