Default A problem hopefully I can get a quick answer

Alright, I have a 95 del sol and I am having a little problem with it (I hope little, I can't imagine it being big). I have a jetta as well and a friend pulled a fuse on it for my interior lights a little while back because I wasn't driving it and put it in his car. The radiator busted on my del sol just recently so I took out a fuse and put one in the jetta for awhile, now I am ready to get a new radiator and I am having problems. I took the fuse/other working fuses out of the jetta to replace it and my car wont start, it doesn't have the radiator in it right now but I had started it before without it in just to start it up for a minute. I couldn't remember the exact location where I pulled the fuse but I checked every slot and tried to start it up to move it just a few feet to get under it. When I turn the key in any slot all my lights come on and the engine wont click or even turn over I am really clueless as to whats going on. I am sure the fuses I tried to replace it with are good, I also disconnected the battery terminals once and reconnected them to no avail. I am not to great with cars but I am trying to slowly learn that is why I chose to change my radiator myself and now its becoming a problem. I was wondering if the radiator had a part in this or if something electrical, it did start once before without having a radiator in it I was also wondering if that did anything. I am a bit clueless as to the problem right now although I havn't tried to tinker with it for to long I was looking for some input. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

check your battery power...maybe it just is low. lol

If not...check the distributor.... does it even turn over or no ? if it dosnt ...it sounds like the batter is low...

I turn the key and no click or anything makes a sound, all the lights work headlights, stereo everything all even at the same time. I also tried turning them off I really dont think its a battery problem. Thank you though.
