Default Short Shifter and Bushings

Are short shifters really that good? What are the benefits of having one, if any? Should i just save my money and forget it? Who is the best manufacturer of them? How do bushings help? Where should i get them? Also, if anyone has installation instructions (preferably with pictures) i would appreciate it!

i know a lot of questions, huh? You gotta start somewhere though!

Short shifters really is personal perferance. Some people love them, while others hate them. I think the stock shifter is among the best out there. If you decide to get one, there are like dozens of different brands you can select from. I believe the C's shifter is the king of them all, but with a high price. You can check it out here http://godspeed.hack.net
As for instruction on installation try here http://www.overboost.com/story.asp?id=360

If youre not going to shell out the dough for the C's, definitely go with Neuspeed.

We have them on sale, drop me a line if youre interested
