Actually the b16a cams are better than the GSR cams, there is slight difference in the specs (not sure if it is lift or duration?) but they do give slight more power and are better for forced induction. The ITR would be the biggest cam that you would want to run, but they are really to much money that you could put else were in the engine like pistons, rods, intake manifold, etc. Probably look for a 10-15hp at the wheels spread over the entire rpm band with the ITR cams. Again if I were you I would run the b16a cams instead of the GSR cams, slight more power and you can get them cheap.

I have itr valves in the 99si head and new itr springs still in the package...should I run with GSR inner springs then. I could even keep the stock springs, they only have 19k on them.

I also have both 99-00 si cams or 90 jdm cams...which should I go with?

Help is greatly appreciated, I am still learning here...thanks

I should mention I can get them for a very inexpensive cost...

Im going to stick with my CTR's in my big boost Vortech project.. you just have to dial out some of the overlap with a good set of gears.
