well since you guys got the technical answers on lock, im bored so ill try to answer the topic question
i'd guess XSi is like
X - Just because X's are cool?
Si - Sport injected, which we are all familiar with
if your car is obd0 and has a cable transmission (which i assume it does, since your in the EF forum) you'd be better off with the XSi or the SiR-I (jdm ef sir engine) from a price/difficulty/hassle point of view

XSi is the DA6 integra model name... also, there was the DA8 4 door called the RSi.
On Steve's site, he lists the XSi seperately, that one is actually OBD1 also.
Don't Smite me!!
I'm assuming that he got this from http://www.hmotorsonline.com...
But most XSi's are OBD0.

Both cars were listed as 92+, therefore both come obd-1.

Sequentially Injected.
Sequentially Injected.
I guess you guys are all talking about me?
The 'i' means injection, the XS is pretty much just a trim level.
It depends what XSi you get, 89-90 are b16a1 160ish HP, non obd; while late 90-93 is B16a2 170ish HP obd1

a xsi swap is perfect, if you want a b16 swap.
- OBD1
- 170hp like the EG SiR (160hp in the EFs)
- and a cable tranny (YS1 too!!!!)
