I juss bought a 99 prelude with 63500 miles on a Honda USDM OBD2 H22A motor, I put a AEM Cold air intake, a H4 HID conversion kit, dual Apex-i N1 exhaust, already, wut else should I o to get an all round engine kinda like street racing/drag, like what should i buy to go fast?

it depends on what your goals are - what type of hp you're looking to get - and how money you're wanting to spend.
