Try searching the archives for more information. To get you started though you would basically need the rear suspension from an EX model car. I sold the rear knuckles out and ebrake cable to a member of AD when I totalled my Accord and he wanted a rear disc conversion. Some people like to buy the rear trailing arm with everything attached and then just swap out the trailing arms and ebrakes cables. Do some searching though and I'm sure you'll see a bunch of info on this.

If you go to http://www.accordinglydone.com there is a write up on how to do the swap. I believe it also lists all the parts needed.
in an issue of Honda Tuning, from like march or april, they had the conmplete swap from a 5th gen ex rears ==> 5th gen DX...might wanna see if you can check that out
