i don't know about going a whole year without changing the oil. i guess it depends on how often you drive it. if you invested quite a bit of $$$ in your motor... why skimp on changing the filter?

I say try it and see how it works out. ESPECIALLY when OEM filters are damn near 9 bucks. There was another company that makes some kind of oil and they said you could go either 6 or 12 months without changing the filter.

It's only like $5 more than a Mobile 1 filter. I'd try it for 3000 miles then crack it open and compare to the last filter you used.
I wouldn't trust it for 12 months, besides, is there any oil out there that you'd trust for 12 months? I wouldn't use synthetic past 6000 miles.
How is the oil supposed to not get dirty?

i believe by no change he means the filter, im sure u still have to change the oil regularly, but yeah try it and compare it, see how different it is....and why r u paying $9 for oem filters? theres a guy here on H-T who sells OEM Honda Dealer filters for $4-5

yea, i think that is what they mean. Some manufactors say to change the filter every other oil change but IMO why leave it on there. Its only $5 for a new one, and oil is the most important fluid in your engine.

Would you **** on yourself and re-use the dirty underwear for a year only to continue shitting on yourself and never cleaning any of the mess up?
If you answer is no, don't do that to your motor. It's what you're doing to it.

Reading comprehension ownz j00! I'm not comparing the similarities and differences of baby **** to motor oil. I'm stating the fact that you won't leave a baby's diaper on for a year. It'll get dirtier and dirtier. Same goes for an oil filter. It'll just continue to get dirtier and dirtier and at the end of a few months, will probably break down and not filter all particles as a new one would.
Plus, a diaper filters **** and **** from a pair of jeans or shorts. An oil filter filters particles flowing around in the crankcase. So, maybe, **** and oil filters are similar in a way.

no ****.. oil breaks down after a certain amount of time/miles.. no fancy oil filter is going to keep that from happening..
Changing oil filters isnt hard.. I would just go the safe route and change the oil filter every oil change like it's recommended. Why take the chance? If you are so worried about money then put regular shitty oil in it and regular shitty gas as well. Go the extra mile/dollar and do it right.
