Now I need to know:

Should I replace the stock head bolts with an aftermarket brand? If so which? Where is the best price on them?

Also, the block was pretty cold when it blew, I had just started it and driven about a block, I could still wrap my hand around the exhaust manifold. Do you think the head would have been warped at all? Do I need to get it milled?

Any other advice?

what boost were you running and it sounds like the ring lands age gone

If youi're going to replace the head gasket agaian, use some ARP or AEBS head studs.
