Default header question on h22 swap into 92 accord

I bought myself a 94 h22a swap to put into my 92 accord ex that i just got also. I had check out two different swap how tos, one mentions to use a 93-95 prelude header, the other mentions nothing about needing a different header.

Whats the real answer, and what else do I need to get so there are no suprises for the swap. I know wiring is gonna be a bitch and take more time than the actual engine swap but thats ok.

Heres what I know I need to get
heater hoses, rad hoses, a/c lines, vaccum hose, throttle cable, cruise cable.

and the fuel line, which do I get or do I have to get one made?

I tried searching for some of these answers but couldnt find anything, so sorry if I missed it

did hte swap come with a compelte header? if so use that.
and wiring took me less than 1 hour...the accord harness plugs in to just about everything just fine.
anyway i used my stock heater hoses, radiator hoses, a/c lines, vacuum lines, throttle cable, and cruise cable. and then swapped the accord rial and used the stock fuel lines.

oh ya, just called my buddy, engine is at his shop has the stock header so thats ok.

but what to do about the map sensor and evap container? also isnt the throttle cable come from the other side on the prelude or something? (might be talking outta my *** he was wondering)

and the fuel line, is the fuel filter on the same side of the firewall as the accord, i see you said use stock fuel lines so Im hoping i have nothing to worry about

thanks again for the good info

you use the stock map sensor and stock throttle cable. and you use th stock fuel rail fromt eh f22 to use the stock fuel fitler in the accord.
and you use the stock evap cannister too.

since i bought a JDM h22 the fuel line was a direct bolt up. you can use the previous mentioned way of using a f22 rail or you can use a 97 and up h22 rail or a JDM rail. or extend your existing fuel line.

i got the jdm h22a, so you mean to say it will bolt right up?

if not is there any performance difference between the h22 rail and the f22 rail?

correct, if you have a JDM motor, the fuel line connects to the driver side of the rail, the same as it does on your existing f22. now if you had purchased a USDM h22 the fuel line connects to the passenger side of the rail and you would have to swap rails or extend your fuel line.

go look and you'll see what i mean, the f22 fuel line bolts to the driver side of the rail, the same as the JDM h22. if you have a JDM motor, you dont have to worry about messing with fuel lines or rails.

and rails dont really add any performance value to your car, i've seen hondas with 500+HP on stock rails, of course the injectors are bigger, but not the rail. the only thing the aftermarket rails are really good for is if you are adding some type of fitting to the rail/fuel pressure gauge. if dont plan on running enormous amounts of horsepower or need the extra fitting holes on the aftermarket rail, dont worry about it.

um for a 92 accord it connects on teh passenger side that si why this guy would use the accord rail.

I had an extra vac line also... I just used a tee to one of the connectors on the back of the intake man.
