Default Is it possible to pass smog in California with a turbo?

What are the laws in California about turbos? What kind of inspections do they do? I heard it's STRICT over there, so is it even possible to pass smogs with a turbo?

CARB legal is one thing.. which the Greddy and Edelbrock kits are... but SMOG test is another beast alltogether... HELP!

Only way I can think of is swapping to stock for the test and then bolting back up after the test Would be a PITA every other year unless you had a chassis that was smog exempt, or move to a state that is smog exempt I hear the weather is nice in Michigan (when your car is turboed who cares about the weather... muhahaha...)

BTW, you have PM Quad-Damage
