Default DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm testing waters on this.I got this motor from " t3to4e" on here, and i can't seem to get it running right. My car is sitting at the Whip Factory and they are having a hard time figuring it out. So i'm almost at the point of giving up.let me know what you got.

you got me the motor was rebuilt and installed by the guy he bought it from
they called him and said that it was done he went and picked it up and drove it back to his house (a little over 200 mi) and it sat in his garage since he only drove it around to advertise it for sale he never got on it since they told him to give it 1000 miles to brake in the only reason he sold it was he was tired of it being rich and he wanted a bike
the car is an rs so he used his stock harness and added the wires he din't touch the timing belt the guy he got it from said that it was brand new every thing was brand new they also said it was an itr head what make you think it is a b16 head

I will erase it from my sig,but can you explain the non-vtec harness, the timing belt being off a tooth and the timing belt having a hole(size off a bb) in it,when you said the timing belt was new,the head looks like a b16,dyno numbers were way low for a b18c5,and the "knock"...........

the only thing missing from the non vtec harness was the grey plug for the vtec silonoid and i didnt touch the timing belt at all the shop did everything i never touched it and it didnt knock before i sold it to you man im going to post the video and clear this all up
