I'm wondering the same thing. Why post racist insults on a public forum, especially in the same post where you're looking for work? Most employers look for a combo of skill and attitude, if you're not fitting one of those requirements then it doesn't really matter how well you do the other. You may want to think about how you present yourself to possible employers before writing posts.
