Torque specs for header install.??

I just bought a dc race header and I am looking for the torque specs. Anyone have them?

didn't you get the instruction sheet? it says it on there. i think like 20ish lb ft. not sure though. i already got mine on hehe

33 ft/lbs on the head bolts and 16 ft/lbs where it connects to the exhaust. This is from the Helms manual.
