My driver's side seat, both the bottom and back portions, have tears and is missing foam. Would it be possible to remove these two seat parts from a spare passenger side seat and fit it on the driver's side?

 

Wow. I actually just removed my passenger cover and stuffing the other day (Just the back portion, not the butt portion). After taking it all apart, it looks as if it will work out ok. I have just been too lazy lately. Mine is only torn on the side. Let me know if you get the bottom to work!
