Hi all, Today my driver seat broke. I pulled the leaver at the top of the seat and it flung foward as usual, however now it will not click back into place. The leaver at the side of the seat is now stuck up and the leaver at the top of the seat has no tension.

Can't work it out?? Very dangerous to drive, please help....

 

junkyard. seats arent expensive.

 

Take the seat out and remove the trim cover by the handle. You should be able to see what is keeping the mechanism from locking in place. Start there, it might be an easy fix.
