Default code 14 ...what voltage should each iacv wire be getting??

i have a code 14 in my 88 civic lx and both wires are getting no voltage at all....and sometimes but not at the present time i get code 10 (iat) i checked the votages for that just now and red wire is getting 5v. is that good or should it be 12?

should be 12 volts....Blue/Yellow is a negative return to ECU pin A11 while the Black/Yellow is +12.

well then i guess ill run new iacv and iat wires to the ecu....which wires goto what pins?

what about iat??? which wires go from iat sensor to ecu that table doesnt say

i thought LX was already MPFI right? why would you have to run new wires? you need to trouble shoot. Do you have a FSM?

ugh!!! i am troubleshooting...no lx's are dpfi....no voltage going from ecu to sensors so im running new wires for them....i was wanting the pin locations for the IAT sensor

If you can wait until maybe 8:00 est tonight I can go home and look at my FSM wiring diagrams and let you know the pin locations but hopefully someone can come through with the locations before that.

did you ever post up the locations? i need them as well.

im having the exact same problem with both sensors. the iat, and iacv.

IAT is the Intake Air Temperature
TA is what I have seen Honda call the actual sensor - Temperature Air.

You can find that on the pin out list in the link I posted before.

ur car is an 88....the wiring for ur eacv is different than the 89-91 s
first try unpinning A17 at the ecu and tell me how that works out...
