Still undecided but that can be solved later. Either keep the 2.5 for now and then upgrade to a full 3 inch later on. Only looking for about 400hp then I can rest there..

looks like a good setup, and i think you could meet your power goals while saving the money instead of spending it on an intake manifold and a fuel rail, those were about the 2 things i saw that wern't 100% ness..

what kind of psi you going to throw at it, if you goal is 400, 880s might be over kill, but i could be wrong.

edit: the other thing to think about is, expandability, if you want to reach 400 reliably then there is a good setup, but also think about what you want in the future,

Exactly and yeah you are right about the rail and manny they are not necessary but since I am going to have the motor out I may as well build it one time and be down with it. Maybe juss the skunk 2 piece alone and leave the stock rail as it is.

And expandability is why I would want to get the 880's now instead of having to upgrade later..

Thanks for the input though, still looking for a decent price on the manifold and downpipe..

Save your money on the johnny race intercoolers. They suck.

As far as IC piping goes, with 400whp 2 1/4" all the way around will suit you just fine. You can run 2 1/2" if you want, but 3" is definetely overkill and will hurt you instead of helping you.
