Default GCM DE Day at Hallett, OK - September 21

This is the cheapest, cleanest, track time you can get for the money - only 5 cars on track at a time.

Entry fee is $90 and can be paid by credit card or mail a check. Please note, entry fees must be received by Wednesday, September 15th. This event is intended to be a relaxed "Driver Education" event with plenty of clean track time, covered paddock parking for everyone, camaraderie, bottled water throughout the day and instructors for new participants. The event is limited to 20 entries and will be divided up into four run groups of five cars. Everyone will have five 20 minute sessions for the day. There will be transponders available for $20 and may be shared with someone running in another group. The Finish Line Cafe will be open for lunch and snacks.

Things you will need to bring or wear for this event:
• Helmet
• Long Cotton Pants
• Long Sleeve Cotton Shirt
• Full Tank 'o High Octane
• Sunscreen
• Mosquito Repelant (Hallett grows 'em big!)

Please contact me if you have any questions about this event.

Click here to sign up for this event.

I'll try to get the NSX out there as a test day/shakedown opportunity. Can't beat the price.

Shawn, I'd love to see you out again. Hallett just ain't the same without the Red NSX tearin' it up.

I'd also like to see some of you guys make it out. I'm usually the only Honda, and it would aslo be cool to see another 5th Gen Prelude out there! ...or an ITR, those are okay, too.

How long of a drive is it from Dallas? Miles? Hours?

I'll have to do a mapquest check...

Will there be others later this year? I probably can't make it that day.

Just checked... a little over 4 hours drive from Plano, TX! UGH!! Decisions, decisions... $90 is a great price though!

We have been trying to host them at least once a month during the season. I'm sure there will be another one in October, and November could be a maybe.

The days will always be either a Tuesday or a Thursday...that's why the track time is so cheap. Otherwise, it would be double or possibly a little more.

I know, I'm lucky. Hallett is only about 30 miles from Stillwater, OK.

We'll see. That's the plan but I haven't sent Grubb the fundage yet...so we'll see. I still have to replace my O2 sensors and get my car cornerbalanced.
