Default Clicking Whirring Noise

I have a 94 accord and whenever i press on the gas to accelerate whether it be alot or alittle, i hear a slight clicking/whirring noise untill I left off the gas. It just started doing it today and i havent changed anything on my vehicle besides adding some STP oil stuff to the engine after an oil change a couple days ago. Is there anything I can do to make this damn noise stop?

spun rod bearing maybe? hopefully not though...that would do it on both acceleration and decelleration of the motor...could be a rock stuck in your tire???
