Default Chipped ECU and Nitrous: will it work with the VAFC?

I'm looking to add a Zex wet kit to my car... 65 or 75 shot, and I'd like to get a VAFC just a seconday fuel management system. I know that the Zex kit has its own management, but will it be compatible with the VAFC? Also, I'd like to get a new ROM chip for my ecu (to remove the 112 mph speed limiter) how much would this screw things up? Thanks!
