Color code on Skunk2 cars?
From the looks of it, it's not just flat black. There's like a smooth, non glossy clear coat finish to it. Just plain flat black does not leave that kind of finish, trust me.
Basically, what kind of clear coat would make it smooth like that? I've been to a few bodyshop supply stores and they only have one type of clear, the glossy kind.

House of Kolors makes a 'Flattener' that is used as an additive to a clear coat to achieve a satin/suede appearance.
I dont remember where I saw a captioning for one of their pics, but it said something about the paint. Might have been in a magazine article.
Sorry I dont remember.

PPG also makes a clear that is flat. It is DCU 2060 "flex n' flat" it's called. It has ratios to mix it with other PPG clears to give you certain looks. (i.e. 50% DCU2060 - 50%DCU2042= Eggshell) You cant go wrong with ppg products. A little satin clear over the top of some nice DBC900 straight black! hotness!
