Off topic, but how did your user rating get so low? That's the lowest I have ever seen! Did you put the mac down on a moderators girl or somthing?

fine fine fine, let me first tell you its a pain in teh ***!
this is for a valve cover. Or other coated soft metal.
1. Use a aresol stripping agent, (aircraft coating remover works well)
2. Let sit, scrape/spray excess off.
3. Clean with mild detergent.
4. Start sanding, use a heavier grit, work down to a finer grit. Until the surface no longer has any scratches on it.
5. Use a buffing wheel with (white rouge) Is what I use.
