I bought my 91 Integra GS about a month ago..with a busted antenna..
it looked horrible and flopped around..
so i decided to try an s2k antenna. i tried researching it, but only for stuff on G3s.. but i went ahead and ordered the parts from honda.
heres the parts (antenna, pad, nut, insulator)

took out the old antenna, and motor assembly

after i installed it

getting the antenna to hold on was the hardest part. the pad and insulator actually fit in very nice and snug. i took the nut and from underneath slid it in with some adhesive to keep it in nice.
to get the antenna to work, i took the wire from the radio which has a female type end to it. it attatches to the motor assembly and antenna. but since the motor is no more, i cut it with a hack saw in a cross pattern and peeled back the metal. i then found a nut that screwed into the antenna and held it to the wire by wrapping the now spread out piece onto the nut like a claw. i then screwed on the antenna itself into the nut and put a bit of tape for some more strength, pulled the wire back through the hole and it now sits fine.
this mini project cost me about $65 canadian
im still trying to figure a way to keep the antenna on better. i was thinking some kinda super glue. any ideas?
*edit* you can see the wire i cut up in the second pic above the hole. *edit*

I just did the same project in my DA just a few weeks ago...but I used the Shark Antenna 2 kit from Locash ($30) and it fit in with no problems. Reception isn't bad either, better than no antenna, but it looks great. I wish I had some pics though

Silicone might work, I am not sure how well it's conductivity but it might work and make it seal better.
I would suggest emblem glue. You can get it from auto stores for a few bucks. I used some on my wheel trim ('91 tegs have wheel trim) and it holds on really, really good. If you are looking for something that's not so permenant you could use some good quality clear silicon. It won't hold as well as the emblem glue but it cleans up easy.

The wiring for mine was really simple... The kit included a wire attached to the antenna, the same male fitting that slides right into our original female fitting on the harness, as well as a power wire for an antenna booster if you choose. It was a pretty sick kit. Mounting it was a little different than yours, it sounds like...
If you go to http://www.g2ic.com just join up and search away. There are several articles on it. I never did it to mine when I was thinking of mounting on the roof since the reception is not as good as the orig. Also, the antena is designed to be used with a type of reciever amp under it. If you look inside a s2k there is a box under the antena that gives it the quality reception. I think it was an extra $60 or more for that part.
Also, FYI there was a guy on there that had some type of mount adapter to give it a more secure/better angle.
