Default coilovers on stock shocks

hi guys can someone plz let me know if i cud fit my new coilovers which i purchased on my stock shocks? i wud like to drop the ride height about 2inches but am not sure if i wud get a gud safe ride from my car, will it bounce alot? r the stock shocks on a prelude any gud? i currently got 17inch alloys on the car and its a 95model 2litre 16v plz let me know guys, wud really really appreciate ur advice on this, thank u very much

your better off waiting till you get some good shocks like koni yellows or even kyb agx's. it WILL be bouncy with the stock shocks and you'll eventually blow them. do it right the first time.

yeah i agree very bouncy on stock shocks, not to mention they will give after a few months...and if there really bad weeks to a month

i used to ride on ground controls wid stock shocks. it was horrible....i ended up geting shocks about 1 week later. jes save up n do it right all at once

if you only gonna drop it 2 inches, why not sell the coil overs and get some nice lowering springs so you can keep the stock feel of the ride...

being the dummy that I am, I dropped my car on h&r race springs on stock shocks. let me tell you, its bouncy as hell. the front isn't so bad, but when it comes to the rear, badunkadunk is all you hear haha. Im still not sure if I should go for the kyb agx's or the koni yellows.

thanx alot guys i really appreciate ur help yea ok am gonna go for performance shocks its true after a while if the stocks do blow im gonna have to go through alot of hassle trying to get tit sorted, so ill justspend that little extra and get the shocks
