http://www.c-speedracing.com has a good write up on how to take out and put back in the cams.
but as for the entire head, if you are mechanically inclined at all you should be able to figure it out. if not i would suggest you let someone else do it for you.
i took mine apart just fine, it was my first time too.

search and youll find people online that will help you.
a helms is obviously the easiest way though
