Default S15 front end on an EG9

I'm thinking of getting an S15 Silvia front onto my EG9 VTi.

Anyone done this before?
How hard would it be?
I live in the UK,and don't think anyone has done this yet,so got no help down here.

Thanks,

Emil

considering a silvia is a huge car compared to a tiny little civic hatch, it will look retarded.

Leave nissan parts on nissans.

I don't see hows its really possible... with 2 cars that different, it would be almost impossible to line up. plus not to mention ones probally wider then the other, and by the time you got done doing all the custom work it wouldn't even look like a silvia.

i dont hate everything except jdm, in fact i think going overly JDM is pointless too. like a RHD conversion. totally gay.

i hate pointless things. its a honda, not a nissan. what is the point of putting a s15 front end on? to try and confuse people to think you have a s15? give me a break.

going fast > looking fast

show cars are gay

Honda = Honda.
Nissan = Nissan.

Leave it at that.

do a different h/a conversion... like integra JDM or something, or even RSX type S, that would be crazy...

i agree with leaving nissans with nissans...

put an Acura Type S front on there

my 95 coupe has a 2000 SI front end... and I enjoy that.

Whats pointless is your comments. He asked for help doing a conversion. Not your asshat opinion. 99% of the replies here are people telling them that their idea is stupid. Just tell the guy its ganna cost a lot of money and if hes still wants to do it, take it to a body shop in his area.

Why dont you just go to Drag forum and talk ****. There never ganna be as fast as if they where RWD.... Theres a lot of people who do pointless things, but hey if they want to do it- let them.

im glad you think my comments are pointless but heres a news flash: i dont care what you think. this guy is a tool and i would make it a point to laugh at his car in real life if he did this. and im sure im not the only one here. the sooner he realizes it the better he is, the only reason he is doing any of that **** is for acceptance from a large group of people (like a car show). if he didnt care what anyone thought about his car he would leave it stock and spend money on other things.

i dont go into the drag forum to talk **** because they actually try to *gasp* go fast! wich was my point to begin with, did you miss that? if you did, let me repeat myself.

FWD can be just as fast as if they were RWD and its comming to the point that most big idiot domestic people are realizing that. 7 second fwd cars? that is ******* insane. i come from the school of going fast is alot more fun than looking fast. him trying to put a s15 front end on A ******* HONDA is quite possibly the stupidest thing he can do.

he came onto an internet message board and asked a question, and since this is a public forum im gonna let him know exactally what i think about his retarded idea. if you have a problem with it, go ahead and voice it. thats what makes this site and country so great. freedom of speech. i still think he is a fucktard for wanting to put a s15 front end on a honda, and you are a fucktard for defending him.

It has been done many times before, except they usually just graft the S15 headlights on instead of the entire front end due to the size difference between the cars. It is still lots of work and lots of money.

BTW, you will receive a much more favorable response in the Appearnce/Cosmetic section or on clubsi.com.
